We aim to describe products accurately. Specifications, packaging and appearance may change without notice as suppliers revise them. Product images are illustrative and the item delivered may differ in brand, colour, shape or packaging.
4. Prices and taxes
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. A GST invoice is issued for every order and every workshop job. Prices may change without notice.
5. Orders and availability
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we confirm it. Where an item is out of stock, mispriced or incorrectly described, we may decline or cancel the order and refund you in full.
6. Vehicle compatibility
Compatibility information on this site is indicative. You are responsible for confirming your vehicle's make, model, variant, manufacturing year, fuel type and part number before ordering, or for using our Parts Enquiry so our team can check for you. See the Parts Compatibility Disclaimer.
7. Service bookings
A booking submitted through this website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. It becomes confirmed only when our team contacts you and agrees a date and time.
8. Inspection, quotation and additional work
We inspect the vehicle and share an estimate before work begins. If inspection reveals further chargeable work, we contact you and proceed only with your approval. Final scope, cost and completion time may differ from any initial indication.
9. Payments
Payment terms are set out in our Payment Policy. Vehicles are released once the invoice is settled.
10. Shipping, cancellation and returns
These are governed by our Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
11. Warranties
Product warranties are those offered by the manufacturer or supplier, as set out in our Product Warranty Policy. Workshop labour is covered by our Service Warranty Policy.
12. Customer accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out under your account.
13. Prohibited use
You may not use this website unlawfully, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, scrape its content for commercial reuse, or place fraudulent orders.
14. Intellectual property
Text, graphics, layout and original images on this site belong to Sidharth Car Services or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission. Vehicle and component brand names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify compatible applications.
15. Reviews and customer content
Anything you submit must be your own, lawful and not misleading. We may remove content that is abusive, false or infringing.
16. Used vehicle transactions
Used car sale, purchase, valuation and loan assistance are handled offline under a separate written agreement, subject to third-party bank or financier approval. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a specific vehicle or a guarantee of finance.
17. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
18. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
