Payment Policy

This policy explains how payments work for products bought on this website and for workshop services.

Currency

All prices and payments are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Accepted payment methods

Online payments are accepted through the payment methods enabled at checkout, which may include UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and wallets. The methods available to you are shown on the checkout page at the time of payment.

For workshop services and collections at our premises, we accept cash and UPI.

Cash on delivery is offered only where it is shown as available at checkout for your address and order.

Prices and taxes

All prices include GST unless stated otherwise. A GST invoice is issued for every order and every workshop job. Our GSTIN is 24AMGPM4464Q1ZH.

Payment for services

Workshop work is billed on completion against the estimate you approved.
Where parts must be ordered specially for your job, we may request an advance towards those parts. We tell you the amount before ordering.
Vehicles are released once the invoice is settled.

Payment confirmation

Your order is confirmed only once payment is successfully authorised, or once we accept the order where payment is made at delivery or at the workshop.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, no order is created. Please try again or use a different method. If money has left your account but the order was not confirmed, see below.

Duplicate or stuck charges

Where an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, the payment gateway normally reverses it automatically within 5 to 7 business days. If it has not been reversed after that, contact us with the transaction reference and date and we will trace it with the gateway on your behalf.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method wherever possible. Where that is not possible — for example a cash or cash-on-delivery payment — we arrange a bank transfer or UPI refund and will request those details from you.

Payment security

Online payments are processed by our payment gateway over encrypted connections. We do not see or store your full card number, UPI PIN, CVV or net-banking credentials.

Protect yourself

We will never ask you for your OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV or account password. Nobody from Sidharth Car Services will request these by phone, WhatsApp, email or SMS. If someone does, it is not us — please do not share it, and tell us straight away.
